The Vin Gopal Civic Association (VGCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Monmouth County communities and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors through partnership, service, and community involvement.
Whether supporting local nonprofits and community organizations or providing year-round programs, VGCA turns community spirit into meaningful action. We help individuals and families in need through the VGCA Food Pantry in Red Bank and our annual Holiday Toy Drive, invest in students’ futures through our Scholarship Program, and support the Monmouth County-based organizations that serve our communities. Through events like Trunk or Treats and the VGCA Community Fair, we also bring neighbors together and foster a stronger sense of community.
By supporting individuals and the nonprofits and organizations that are the backbone of our county, we create opportunities, strengthen connections, and help our communities and residents thrive.

HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE
Holiday time can be difficult for parents. We aim to ease the burden by hosting a holiday toy drive every year. Sign up to receive toys for the 2026 holiday season here.
COMMUNITY GROUPS
Faced with limited municipal budgets and an ever-present demand for services our Fire, Police, First Responders and Rescue Squads all need our help. Additionally, many youth sports and other youth organizations run by or for our local communities need additional funding to ensure all children can participate. Our organization stands ready to assist these groups in providing our Communities with the life quality we deserve.
CIVIC & RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS
Many established organizations are already providing essential services to our communities. It is the intent of our organizations to support them or work with them whenever possible, whether it is supporting fundraising efforts, galas, or more. These efforts include non-profits, food banks, scouting and more.
